Managing a health care team
Managing a health care team
Nothing is more difficult than to manage teams so that each member of staff accomplishes his or her mission in a context as difficult as that of care institutions. Indeed, the workload, the importance of each act, the pressure of patients and residents, not to mention that of other services, are all factors that alter the motivation of employees. The aim of this training course is to explore ways of improving professional relations.
At the end of this course, the participating heads of department, managers, executives and head nurses will have developed their personal and relational qualities to facilitate communication within their team. They will be able to increase the accountability of their staff, to create a climate of trust, to encourage support for their projects, particularly accreditation, and to make collective decisions that can be applied directly with the agreement of all.
This programme, developed by our team in the context of accreditation, is based on many years of experience in the field, in order to be as close to reality as possible. This training has already been given in dozens of care institutions in many countries.
